Dako appoints new CEO

The Danish cancer therapeutic company Dako has appointed a new CEO after Patrik Dahlén.

Lars Holmkvist becomes

new President and CEO of the Danish tissue-based cancer diagnostic company Dako. As of January 19 Lars Holmkvist took over from Patrik Dahlén.

Lars Holmkvist brings

over 20 years‘ medical technology sales and management experience to Dako. His most recent position was President International of Applied Biosystems, preceded by various management positions with Medtronic, where he was instrumental in developing strategies and significantly boosting the company’s competitive position. He has also been marketing manager at EMEA’s Medical Division between 1991 och 1993.
